1. JUKI mounter does not work

Solution: first check the power supply to see if the plug is plugged in or if the voltage is sufficient. If the voltage is not enough, the mounter cannot be started. In the other case, if there is a problem inside the fuselage (the probability is very small), you can contact the relevant engineer to deal with it.

2. JUKI mounter heating

Solution: In the past, some people often mentioned the problem of the heat of the mounter and worried about whether it would damage the machine. In fact, the main reason for the heat is that the mounter is too loaded but does not affect the operation. If this is the case, it is better to pause for a period of time before starting.

3. Solutions to the dumping of JUKI mounter: a In case of dumping under normal conditions, stop the work first, and check whether the JUKI suction nozzle is deformed, blocked, etc. and whether the raw materials are OK. If not, check the system and program. The interference factor is very small when the vacuum is stable, so the program problem is very likely.  b. Meet the requirements of the working site. Everyone in the industry knows that the working site requirements of the JUKI mounter are strict. If it can meet the requirements of the working site, the working efficiency of the JUKI mounter will be two or three times faster than that of the ordinary mounter. What are the main requirements for the work site?

1) The power supply provided at the working site of the JUKI mounter must be safe. The placement machine generally uses compressed air and power supply power as dual power, and has strict requirements on the coordination of air and electricity. Reflow welding machine and wave crest welding machine are large power consumption equipment. The impact of their startup and shutdown on other electrical equipment should be fully considered. It is the safest to adopt three-phase five wire system for power configuration system. It is unscientific for some enterprises to combine protective grounding with zero wire. Poor power supply quality of power grid may cause damage to production equipment. In some areas where the voltage fluctuation of the power grid is relatively serious, the AC stabilized voltage power supply should be used for the chip mounter, and attention should be paid to the balance of three-phase power load when connecting the equipment power supply.

2) The design of the working site of the JUKI mounter must put safety production first. As the mounter is generally installed online, the length of the production line is relatively long and the ground load is relatively concentrated. The total weight of a single high-speed mounter after loading JUKI Feeder will exceed 6000kg, so there is a high requirement for the bearing capacity of the plant floor. The mounter is usually installed in the plant. It is suggested that the ground bearing capacity of the plant should be more than 7.5 KN/m2~10 KN/m2. If the floor bearing capacity is too low, the floor is prone to deformation or cracks after the placement machine is installed and used for a period of time, affecting the reliability of equipment operation and processing accuracy.

3) The JUKI mounter requires the use of clean and dry compressed air. As the power source, the compressed air shall not only meet the technical requirements of the equipment in terms of pressure, flow and other parameters, but also filter out the moisture, oil, dust and other impurities contained in the gas before entering the machine.
